The projects is located at the junction of Cheung Sha Wan Road, Boundary Street and Tai Po Road. This immediate context gives the building the opportunity to have a good vista and highly visible from the public. The Podium consists of a three storey high glass enclosed Main Entrance lobby decorated with a custom made designer chandelier and a two storey commercial area.
